For IT operations & help desk teams
Stop escalating every ERP incident to your senior engineers
ERPOps monitors your ERP integrations and gives every member of your operations team AI-powered diagnostics — so L1 staff resolve in 15 minutes what used to take L3 engineers 4 hours.
What changes when IT operations teams use ERPOps
Before
PeopleSoft is slow. Ticket escalates to L3. 4-hour resolution. DBA pulled from other work.
After
ERPOps AI identifies application server pool exhaustion, LDAP endpoint degradation since 09:14, and provides the restart command sequence. L1 resolves in 15 minutes.
Before
Benefits enrollment sync failing. HR calling every 30 minutes. Integration team hunting through 500 lines of log output.
After
ERPOps correlates the CI_BENEF_ENROLL INFO → WARNING → ERROR progression, identifies the carrier endpoint timeout, and has the retry playbook queued. Resolution before HR's second call.
Before
New L1 hire can't diagnose PeopleSoft Process Scheduler failures without senior oversight. Every shift needs an experienced engineer on call.
After
L1 asks the AI Copilot. Gets a cited answer from your own SOPs. Resolves with confidence. Senior engineers sleep through the night.
Your runbooks, available to everyone on the team
Load your PeopleSoft technical documentation, Workday integration guides, network topology diagrams, and incident runbooks into the ERPOps Knowledge Base. Every member of your operations team — regardless of experience level — can query it in plain language and get actionable answers from your actual documentation.
Example queries from IT operations staff:
- "PeopleSoft Application Server PSAPPSRV shows BBL: 0 — what does this mean and how do I fix it?"
- "Workday integration returning 503 from our Akana gateway — what are the common causes?"
- "Process Scheduler PSUNX domain stopped unexpectedly — what's the restart procedure?"
- "PeopleSoft IB connector showing 'Routing not found' — where do I check the routing configuration?"
AI Copilot — Knowledge Base
Process Scheduler domain PSUNX is showing as stopped in Process Monitor. What are the most likely causes and how do I restart it?
A PSUNX domain stopping unexpectedly typically indicates one of three root causes: (1) Server resource exhaustion — check available disk space on the PS_HOME mount, as Process Scheduler will stop if disk falls below 5%. (2) PSPRCSRV process crash — check the PSPRCSRV.tracefile for ORA errors or memory dump entries. (3) Scheduled maintenance restart that didn’t complete cleanly.
Restart procedure per your agency SOP-PS-003: Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Servers, select PSUNX, click Stop, wait 60 seconds, then Start. If domain does not start, escalate to the DBA team per escalation matrix in SOP-OPS-001 Section 4.
